About the Role

Lodge Compliance helps short-term rental and hospitality operators navigate local compliance requirements.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the customer compliance experience — researching requirements, tracking applications, following up on outstanding items and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

This role requires someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable figuring things out independently.

What You Will Own Researching compliance requirements across different jurisdictions. Managing customer compliance cases from start to finish. Tracking permits, registrations, renewals and deadlines. Following up with customers and relevant authorities. Identifying missing information before it becomes a blocker. Keeping customers updated throughout the process. Maintaining accurate records. Escalating issues when necessary. Identifying recurring problems and improving the process. Using AI and automation to reduce repetitive work. What Success Looks Like Compliance cases move consistently toward completion. Deadlines are not missed. Customers receive proactive updates. Outstanding issues are followed up without prompting. Fewer things fall through the cracks. The process becomes faster and more efficient over time. How to Apply
