Chief of Staff

About the Role

We are looking for a Chief of Staff who can operate as a force multiplier for the founder.

This role sits across strategy, operations, execution and problem-solving. You will work closely with the founder across multiple businesses and initiatives, helping turn ideas into clear priorities, priorities into action and action into measurable results.

There will not always be a neat task list waiting for you. Some days you may be driving an important project across multiple teams. Other days you may be researching an opportunity, identifying why something is stuck, preparing a decision for the founder or stepping into an operational problem that nobody else is clearly responsible for.

The right person for this role is highly organised but not rigid, strategic but willing to get into the details, and comfortable making progress without needing constant instructions.

You should naturally ask:

What needs to happen? Who needs to do it? What's blocking it? What can I solve myself? What can be automated? What outcome are we actually trying to achieve?

The goal is not to keep the founder busy with updates and meetings.

The goal is to increase the amount of meaningful work the founder and the businesses can get done.

What You Will Own Tracking strategic priorities. Driving projects from decision to completion. Coordinating across businesses and teams. Preparing research and decision briefs. Identifying blockers. Following up on commitments. Ensuring decisions are executed. Building systems that reduce coordination. Identifying problems before they become urgent. Taking ownership of ambiguous projects. Using AI and automation to increase leverage. What Success Looks Like

The simplest measure is leverage.

Does Toks have more time? Are priorities moving faster? Are fewer things falling through the cracks? Are decisions becoming execution? Are problems being solved without him needing to personally intervene?
