About the Role

We are looking for someone who can help the business do more with less manual effort.

As the company grows, repetitive processes start consuming more and more employee time. Information gets copied between systems, reports are created manually, people send reminders and teams spend time doing work that software could handle.

Your job is to find those opportunities and build better systems.

You will need to understand the business process before you automate it. Sometimes the right answer will be automation. Sometimes it will be removing the process entirely or redesigning it first.

We want someone who thinks about leverage, not simply the number of automations they can build.
