As Lodge Compliance grows, we need systems that allow the business to do more without constantly adding people.
We need an Automation Engineer who can identify repetitive work, design better workflows and use automation, integrations and AI to create leverage.
What You Will Own Auditing existing workflows. Identifying automation opportunities. Building workflows using tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier or equivalent. Working with APIs and webhooks. Automating data movement and reporting. Automating notifications and follow-ups. Building AI-powered workflows. Monitoring and troubleshooting automations. Documenting systems. Continuously improving operational processes. What Success Looks Like Fewer manual processes. Hours saved. Faster turnaround. Fewer errors. Better data visibility.
