AGENT TRAINING & CERTIFICATION LEAD

VirtualTribe is hiring someone to build the training system that prepares our agents for specialized remote jobs.

This is NOT a general trainer, tutor, HR trainer or presentation-making role.

We need someone who has previously trained virtual assistants, BPO agents, remote workers or similar teams and can show us what they built and the results.

Your job is simple:

Take a role we want VirtualTribe agents to perform, research it deeply, understand what excellent performance looks like, and build the training and certification needed to make someone job-ready.

FIRST TWO COURSES

Your first assignments will be:

1. Short-Term Rental Compliance 2. Short-Term Rental Management

You do not need to be an STR expert.

You DO need to be excellent at researching unfamiliar industries and turning what you learn into practical job training.

Future courses will cover Restaurant Management and other specialized roles as VirtualTribe expands.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

You will take each course from idea to certification, including:

* Researching the industry, role, tools and workflows * Defining exactly what an agent needs to know and do * Building the curriculum * Creating lessons and training materials * Creating SOPs and practical job aids * Recording or delivering training * Creating real-world exercises and simulations * Building quizzes and assessments * Creating final certification tests * Establishing clear pass/fail standards * Identifying weak trainees and knowledge gaps * Improving courses based on agent performance * Keeping existing training current

MINIMUM OUTPUT

You must be able to deliver at least 2 complete, certification-ready courses every month.

A PowerPoint is not a course.

A course is complete when we can take an agent through it, test them, and determine whether they are actually ready to perform the job.

AI IS A CORE REQUIREMENT

We are building an AI-native workforce.

You should already use AI extensively in your work for:

* Deep research * Curriculum development * Creating training materials * Building SOPs * Creating assessments * Developing realistic simulations * Analyzing knowledge gaps * Improving and updating courses * Producing training content faster

Simply knowing how to use ChatGPT is not enough.

We want someone who can demonstrate how they use AI to dramatically improve the speed and quality of training development.

YOU ARE PROBABLY A GOOD FIT IF:

* You have trained VAs, BPO agents, remote workers or operational teams before * You have personally built courses or training programs from scratch * You can show examples of training you have created * You understand adult online learning * You are an excellent researcher * You can learn an unfamiliar industry quickly * You know how to turn knowledge into practical job skills * You understand assessments and certification * You are comfortable teaching large groups online * You use AI extensively in your daily work * You can work independently and deliver against clear deadlines

THIS ROLE IS PROBABLY NOT FOR YOU IF:

* Your experience is mainly classroom teaching * You only deliver training materials created by someone else * You mainly create slides but do not build complete courses * You need to already understand an industry before you can teach it * You have never trained people for actual jobs * You cannot show previous training work * Your AI experience is limited to occasionally asking ChatGPT questions * You need someone else to constantly tell you what to research or build

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

VirtualTribe should be able to give you a new role and say:

“We need 100 agents trained and certified to do this job.”

You should know how to research the profession, determine what those agents need to learn, build the program, train them, assess them, and tell us who is genuinely ready to work.

Over time, we want this system to support thousands of trained and certified VirtualTribe agents across multiple industries.
